Vice President, Business Development — Institutional
Lead institutional client acquisition across funds, family offices, and corporate treasuries. Own the full relationship lifecycle from first inquiry through onboarding, working alongside compliance and operations to ensure every counterparty meets the platform's standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified institutional counterparties across target segments
- Own pipeline progression from inquiry through qualification and documentation
- Coordinate with compliance and operations teams throughout onboarding
- Represent the platform at industry conferences and institutional forums
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting for leadership review
Requirements
- 8+ years in institutional sales, coverage, or capital introduction
- Demonstrated network across asset managers, family offices, or corporate treasuries
- Understanding of KYC/AML workflows and institutional onboarding processes
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
Vice President, Business Development — Strategic Partnerships
Build and manage strategic partnerships with custodians, infrastructure providers, and regulated counterparties. Focus on expanding the platform's connectivity and service surface through structured, compliance-aligned relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned to platform roadmap
- Source, evaluate, and onboard strategic infrastructure and custody partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and integration scopes with counterparties
- Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and engineering
- Track partnership performance against defined milestones and KPIs
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or corporate development
- Experience in digital asset, fintech, or institutional financial infrastructure
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance constraints in deal structuring
Vice President, Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day platform operations across onboarding, compliance workflows, and client servicing. Ensure operational discipline, auditability, and responsiveness across the full client lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding operations from documentation through activation
- Oversee compliance workflow execution in coordination with compliance officers
- Ensure audit trails, records, and reporting meet institutional standards
- Build and refine operational processes, controls, and escalation paths
- Lead a growing operations team with clear accountability and metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years in institutional operations, middle office, or operations management
- Experience with KYC/AML workflows, document management, and audit processes
- Strong process design and continuous improvement skills
- Leadership experience building and scaling operations teams
